How are trades protected?

Users who follow Veriswap’s community and platform policies are protected every time they trade or purchase on Veriswap.

What is covered?

Packages shipped from Veriswap (also known as the second leg shipping)

• damaged items
• undelivered items (as marked by the shipping carrier)

What is not covered

Packages shipped by the trade partner to Veriswap (also known as the first leg shipping)

• damage caused while in transit*
• empty packages
• packages sent with shipping labels purchased outside of
• unsupported items

*Trade partners are responsible and liable for securely packaging items that are shipped to Veriswap to be inspected. Incidents that are caused by poor packaging are not covered by Veriswap.
