Can I ship my trade in two packages?

No. All items in a trade must be shipped in the first package and initial tracking number. If your shipment arrives missing items, the trade will be cancelled or will require a cash replacement.

NOTE: You can still ship from Ship My Cards (SMC)

Who does this affect the most?

This will most directly affect:

• Users who forget to include items in their initial shipment
• Users who ship directly from third-party vaults (PSA, Ebay, Fanatics)

Can I send missing items in a second package if I forgot something?

No. Secondary shipments are not allowed.

DO NOT ship these items. These items will not be processed and Veriswap will not be liable for these items if they are shipped.

What happens if my package arrives missing items?

We will either:

• Cancel the trade
• Require a cash replacement for the missing item(s)

I ship from a third-party vault. What should I do?

If you ship from a third-party vault, you should only include items in a trade that you can reliably ship together in the initial package.

What if part of my trade is in a third-party vault and part is with me?

Plan to trade only items that you can easily access or that you can have shipped to you first, so you can then ship everything together to Veriswap in the initial package.

When does this take effect?

Final requests to ship missing items separately will be accepted through March 31. After that date, all trades must follow the initial-shipment-only requirement.
