What is Veriswap's penalty policy?
To ensure timely trade execution, Veriswap applies penalties when a user fails to meet key trade responsibilities.
The most common penalties include:
Trade Cancellation Penalty: If you request to cancel or fail to ship after a trade has been accepted, a penalty may apply.
If a user flakes on a trade, a penalty is imposed.
What happens if both sides agree to cancel a trade?
Veriswap trades are binding once accepted. Even if both parties agree to cancel a trade, it cannot be voided through mutual agreement alone. In such cases, the party that backs out first will be deemed the offender and penalized in accordance with our policy
How can you avoid penalties?
Veriswap’s system is automated, but all penalties can be easily avoided by following these steps:
**Ship on time:**
Always ship within 2 business days after accepting a trade.**Make sure your package is scanned:**
A trade is only marked as “shipped” once the carrier scans the package.Notify your trade partner directly:
If you anticipate any delays, please directly message your trade partner.
