How do I make a Stripe account?

To receive payments on Veriswap, you’ll need to connect a Stripe account. Stripe is our trusted payment processor, and it’s how we send you money for cash trades, Buy It Now sales, or insurance reimbursements.

You can begin the Stripe setup process by proposing or accepting any transaction where you’ll be receiving cash from your trade partner.

What you’ll need before getting started

To create your Stripe account, make sure you have the following handy:

• Your bank account information (routing and account number)
• A debit card (optional—can be used instead of your bank info)
• Your Social Security Number (Stripe uses this to verify your identity)

Once you have these, you’re ready to set up your Stripe.

Where do I see my payments?

Once your Stripe account is connected, you can easily track all the payments you’ve received or are set to receive by going to:

• Tap on Me (in the bottom right corner of the app)
• Tap Settings
• Scroll till you see Payment
• Tap on Payouts (Stripe)

There, you’ll see every payout you have received from Veriswap so far.
