When are funds released?

Cash payouts on Veriswap are held in escrow to protect both traders. As such, funds are held securely and only released once Veriswap ships out to both trade partners.

If you’d like to check the status of your Stripe payout, you can view your estimated payout date directly in your Stripe Dashboard. Here’s how to access it in the app:

1. Open the Veriswap app.
2. Tap "Me" in the bottom-right corner to open your profile.
3. In the "Shortcuts" section, tap "Settings."
4. Scroll down and tap "Payouts (Stripe)."

• If your Stripe account is already connected, this will open your dashboard.
• If not, you’ll be prompted to connect your Stripe account first.

What if Veriswap has already shipped out the trade?

If you have already received a tracking number for your incoming package and your payment has not yet been released, please check your Stripe dashboard to see if the payment is on the way to you, or if Stripe is requiring further verification on your end.

Depending on your transaction volume, Stripe may request:

• Additional identity or account verification
• A valid bank account added for payouts

If either of these are incomplete, Stripe may block the payment from being deposited until resolved. If Stripe is not requiring further information and you believe you should be receiving funds, please reach out to Support so we can investigate the issue for you.
