How can I retrieve my cards from the vault?

Cards stored in the Veriswap Vault are available for withdrawal at any time. If you'd like to have your vaulted cards shipped back to you, the process is simple and can be completed directly through the app.

To request a withdrawal:

1. Open the Veriswap app.
2. Tap “Me” in the bottom-right corner to open your profile menu.
3. Select “Vault” to access your vaulted inventory.
4. Tap “Withdraw Cards” to view all cards currently stored in the Vault.
5. Choose the cards you’d like to retrieve and follow the prompts to submit your request.

Once submitted, our team will process the withdrawal and ship your cards to the address on file.
