What happens if Veriswap discovers that a card/slab is counterfeit?

Veriswap takes authenticity very seriously. All incoming packages are carefully inspected and authenticated to ensure the items are genuine and match what was agreed upon in the trade. If, however, a card or slab is found to be counterfeit, we take immediate action.

What steps does Veriswap take?

If our team discovers that a card or slab is fake or otherwise inauthentic, the trade is halted and flagged for further investigation. The affected party can either have their cards shipped back to them or held at Veriswap for re-trading.

Senders of counterfeit items:

Users who send counterfeit items are not eligible for a refund on shipping or trade fees/payments. To help keep things fair on the platform, this payment will act in place of a penalty charge.
