How quickly does Veriswap process transactions?

Once Veriswap receives both packages, we aim to process the trade within 3 business days.

The verification process only begins once both packages are delivered to the assigned hub. This ensures fairness, clarity, and accuracy throughout the transaction.

1. Tap the “Me” icon in the bottom-right corner
2. Select “Settings”
3. Scroll down and tap “Find Support”
4. For the category, select “Shipping and Trade Status”
5. Select the relevant issue category
6. Tap the trade you want an update for
7. Elaborate a bit on your question

What happens after both shipments arrive?

As soon as both shipments reach us they get placed into our processing queue. Our authentication team checks and verifies that each shipment's contents align with the original trade agreement. This verification process is essential for accuracy and generally requires up to 48 hours to complete, excluding weekends and public holidays.

When will Veriswap ship my cards to me?

Every package undergoes a secure packing procedure for delivery after processing finishes. Following its preparation, the package moves into the shipping queue for outbound shipment completion. The majority of packages get shipped on the same day but occasionally the process can take several hours, for example due to high operational volume during peak seasons.
