# Pricing — Veriswap

> What are the Fees under the Veriswap Loyalty Program?

We're excited to introduce the **Veriswap Loyalty Program:** a new way to recognize and reward our most active traders. This program replaces our previous points system and was designed based on your feedback.

### How It Works

Your loyalty status is determined by your **total transaction volume within each calendar quarter**. The more you trade, the higher your tier, and the more benefits you receive.

At the start of each quarter, your transaction volume resets. However, if you reach a new volume threshold during the quarter, you'll level up immediately and unlock benefits for that quarter **and** the following.  
  
To locate your loyalty status, iOS users can navigate to their **Profile** in the upper-left-hand corner of the app.

### Loyalty Tiers

| Tier | Quarterly Volume |
| --- | --- |
| Base | Under $10,000 |
| Bronze | $10,000-$49,999 |
| Silver | $50,000-$199,999 |
| Gold | $200,000 and above |

### Quarterly Reset Dates

Your loyalty tier is recalculated at the beginning of each quarter:

-   **Q1:** January 1
-   **Q2:** April 1
-   **Q3:** July 1
-   **Q4:** October 1

Depending on your tier, you'll receive:

-   **Discounted transaction fees**
-   **Free shipping** for items shipped to/from Veriswap (Gold tier only)
-   **Invitations to exclusive Veriswap events** (Gold tier only)

-   _Platform fees are calculated based on total trade value_

### How is my total transaction value calculated?

Your total transaction value is based on the **combined value of both sides of each completed trade**. This means for every successful trade, we add the value of the items you sent and the value of the items you received to calculate the total trade value.

Only **completed trades** count toward your total. Canceled or incomplete trades are not included.
